About us
allaroundgifts.co.uk is run by All Around Gifts. Our address is 72 NEVILLE STREET, NEWTON-LE-WILLOWS, WA12 9DB, ENGLAND. You can contact us at [email protected] or call 01925 393658.
Your order
When you place an order we'll email you an order confirmation. This is not acceptance of your order — the contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was shown incorrectly; if so we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any charges shown at checkout. Delivery charges are shown in your basket before you pay. We try hard to make sure prices are right; if we find a mistake on an order we'll contact you before dispatching it.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal (including debit and credit cards through PayPal) and by bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are held for 3 days and cancelled if payment hasn't arrived by then. We don't see or store your card details.
Stock
Our stock levels update regularly, but very occasionally an item may sell out after you've ordered it. If that happens we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.
Delivery
Delivery details, times and charges are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. How to do this, and the exceptions, are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something's faulty, contact us and we'll sort it — see Delivery & Returns. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Product images and descriptions
We show products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly between screens and some items are hand-finished, so small variations can occur.
Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses, or for losses that weren't foreseeable. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You can reset it at any time from the login page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
