At All Around Gifts, our name is synonymous with smiling, friendly, and helpful customer service. We are always happy to see the customer’s point of view and genuinely aim to ensure you are delighted with your experience. The following policies are designed to be fair and generous while protecting our small business.
Our Philosophy
We do everything we can to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition by the date you require them. If something goes wrong and the fault lies with us or our couriers, we will resolve the issue entirely at our own expense.
1. Delivery & Local Collection
- Processing Time: We aim to dispatch orders or have local collections ready within 3–4 working days.
- Variations: Due to stock levels, some items may occasionally take a few days longer. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
- Accuracy: If you notice an error in your order (billing, contact, or delivery details), please contact us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returns and re-deliveries.
2. Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, please inform us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt.
- Process: Please explain which items are damaged. We will offer a full refund or a replacement.
- Returns: If our team asks you to return the damaged item, we ask that this is done within 30 days of the request.
- Note: Failure to report damage within 14 days will invalidate your right to a refund or replacement.
3. Incorrect or Missing Goods
Please check your order upon arrival. If an item is missing or incorrect, notify us within 14 days.
- If we sent the wrong item, we will send the correct one immediately (or issue a refund) and may ask you to return the incorrect item within 30 days.
- Failure to report missing or incorrect items within 14 days will invalidate your claim.
4. Goods Not as Described
If your goods do not match the description or photographs on our website, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
- Please contact us within 14 days to explain the discrepancy.
- We will refund the price paid or arrange a replacement. Items should be returned within 30 days if requested.
5. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts)
In addition to our damaged/missing goods policy, under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- To cancel, you must inform us clearly.
- Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition at your expense.
- Personalised or bespoke items are exempt from this right to cancel unless they are faulty.
6. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used (PayPal or Square).
- Timeframe: Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
- This timeframe is subject to your bank’s processing times and is beyond our control.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
